A 90-minute intake where Jay learns your business, your open roles, your hiring history, and the candidates you wish you had hired. This call sets the search direction.
Sourcing starts the day of kickoff. Within five business days of the kickoff, the first slate of vetted candidates is in front of you. Search continues weekly until every role on the partnership is closed.

No. The monthly subscription is the full cost. There is no per-hire fee on any tier.
Yes. Tiers can move up or down at any monthly cycle. Rates are grandfathered, so a tier change does not reset the rate you are paying for work already running.
