When these terms say "we," "us," or "Metcalf Search," they mean the firm. When they say "you," they mean the person or business visiting this website.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of metcalfsearch.com will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you and Metcalf Search both consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
